I have searched and got some info.. but I have some questions. I know there are the retrofit kits that allow you to run R134a in an otherwise "stock" R12 system. I have heard mixed things about using R12 compressor and lines with R134a refridgerant. Some say it works with no problems.. some say it will kill the compressor, leak from lines etc. I am currently doing a TT conversion on my 90 2+2. I figure now is a great time to convert the system. I plan on replacing all O-rings and drier and condensor. I have all the AC lines from a 95' TT as well as 95' AC compressor. However; would I be able to use those lines with my 90 Evaporator? Would it just be easier to use a retrofit kit, leaving my lines native R12? Or should I change out the whole system to 95' style, 95 compressor, 95' evaporator etc.? Please let me hear your views and what you have done.. and most importantly.. what has worked for you and how long has it been? Thanks alot! KongZTT
